Cops use coin flip to decide whether to arrest

Roswell GA police made an arrest rather than ticket a driver based on a coin toss

As she is led towards the auto, Webb begins to cry, and body cam shows the hair stylist sobbing in the back seat of the patrol vehicle. It's been raining. You're going over 80 miles an hour on this type of a road. "That's reckless driving", Brown said.

"What do you think?" officer Kristee Wilson is heard on the video. "These two officers alone are responsible for their decision-making".

"I asked WEBB to step out of the vehicle and place her hands behind her back", the arresting officer wrote in a report.

"My civil liberties were violated", Webb said Friday. "And these are the people we're supposed to be trusting". My freedom was put at risk because of a coin flip. For the game they used a special gaming application.

Webb did not know about the coin toss until contacted by the station, which reported several officers knew about the incident but did not raise concerns internally.

Officer Wilson: "This is tail right?"

Brown proceeds to open a coin-flipping app on her phone, according to WXIA. He said he could not discuss details as the investigation was ongoing.

In the footage of the arrest, the officers can be heard talking about what to do.

Webb said she would like to see the officers fired.

‘I may ask Putin to send accused officials to U.S.’
But doing so, Huntsman cautioned, "doesn't necessarily mean that the Russians are going to follow through". "We also do the same". But after being given the idea by his interviewer, Trump said, "Certainly I'll be asking about it".

"A, head. R, tail", replies Wilson - A for arrest, or R for release.

"Yeah. So, release?" said another.

But perhaps forgetting, or not caring, Wilson called for Sarah's arrest, using the code "23". Webb was handcuffed moments later.

Webb had no idea about the coin flip until Atlanta's WXIA uncovered the video.

Rusty Grant, the chief of police in Roswell, told NBC News that the officers have been placed on leave.

Police officers from Georgia tossed a coin to make a decision on whether to arrest the person or not.

Neither Grant nor a prosecuting attorney, Krista Young, immediately responded to requests for comment.

"I have a really big day at work", Webb said, crying, in the caught-on-camera moment. She said she was glad the charges were dropped.

"I just want to see the two officers, I want to see justice", she said.
